1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Web Studio CRM (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Web Studio CRM is a subscription-based client relationship management platform designed for web studios and freelancers. The Service allows you to manage clients, track domains, generate invoices, and monitor payments.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Free Trial: If offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service (clients, invoices, domains, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Studio CRM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
